Each Holiday Builders new home we build is offered a two-year non-transferable warranty – that's double the term standardly offered in the new home building industry. Holiday Builders also offers a transferable, Centricity ten-year limited structural warranty. At Holiday Builders we stand by the homes we build and we stand by you, the families we build for.
Please note: All storm and/or wind-related damage to your home is considered an "act of nature" and is excluded from your Holiday Builder's warranty, even within the first year of your new home being built. The storm damage may be covered by your homeowner's insurance therefore we recommend taking photos and contacting your insurance agent as soon as possible to report any damage.
